I am doing this. Completely. Seriously. I just did a 7 course meal for six friends on Saturday night. I would had loved the menu to get to the next level. Check it out below – I am sure you’ll recognize my nods to your recipes from your book. Thanks for the guidance!
1st Course – Seared Sea Scallops in a Thai-Basil & Cilantro Vinaigrette
Paired With: SIMI Sauvignon Blanc
2nd Course – Chilled Butternut Squash Soup w. Spicy Crab
3rd Course – Asparagus Wrapped in Prosciutto w. Shaved Machego Cheese
Paired With: Nautilus Pinot Noir
4th Course – Salad w. Warm Baby Vegatables dressed with a Creamy Vinaigrette
5th Course – Marinated Skirt Steak au Poivre w. Horseradish Parmesan Potatoes
Paired With: Ravenswood Zinfandel
6th Course – Black Plums & White Peaches Macerated in Vanilla Sugar
